Hi, I’m Priya Ford, the founder of Elite Edge Consulting, LLC, which is located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. But I didn’t always live in Colorado… I’m originally from Chapel Hill, North Carolina. I decided to leave Chapel Hill to pursue my Bachelor’s degree from Appalachian State University and then continue on to obtain my Master’s degree from the University of Tennessee - Knoxville. These learning environments laid the foundation for my work with high-performing individuals and groups.
I’ve worked with a wide range of high-performing individuals and groups, from U.S. military units, collegiate teams, to corporate executives. My mission is simple: to help people thrive under pressure, build meaningful connections, and lead with confidence. Whether it’s through interactive workshops, personalized coaching, or motivational speaking, I focus on creating engaging, practical, and impactful experiences that drive real growth and success.
